Commenting on the debut of Lenovo smartphones in Pakistan, Sharay Shams said, “Pakistan is proving to become a very competitive and important market in the smartphone landscape. With the recent expansion into 3G and 4G networks, and the development of the existing network infrastructure, there is a natural consumer need for smartphones. For the past year, we have been receiving a lot of questions about the smartphone launch date in Pakistan and we’re happy to finally be able to provide consumers with our flagship smartphones.
Lenovo is world’s fourth smartphone vendor number one vendor in China.
“In Pakistan, recent research figures from the Pew Research Center indicate that smartphone penetration stands at only 3%. With the network optimization that’s taking place across the country, we expect this figure to rise significantly in the coming years, and Lenovo is well placed to nurture this growth with a wide range of smartphones.”
Select models of Lenovo’s smartphones will also come equipped with a range of DOit apps; with the award-winning SHAREit, users can instantly share pictures, videos, music files, documents, contacts and even apps with up to five devices without an Internet connection.
It wirelessly transfers information or even the app itself between devices at up to 40x faster than Bluetooth®. SECUREit optimizes and protects users’ mobile data with its menu of data-protection tools. With a single touch, it protects against viruses, spam and malware, and if the tablet becomes lost or stolen, anti-theft protection locks it down. SECUREit acts as a privacy guard to protect against unwarranted access to users’ private information and also makes the tablet operate faster by taking actions such as closing redundant background apps.

Expensive.
Lenovo will not be able to gain momentum here.
totally agree
with whom u r comparing?? Please not with qmobile
Dear its stil expensive if u compare them with other established brands.
Like huawei,Sony, etc.
When u will see it paritically then u will come to know the quality of Lenovo.
disappointing that they won be introducing the Motorola G series .
all their phones have mediatek processor even the phone S860 which is priced at 36,000. One could get Nexus 5 in that range.
This one’s with official warranty, while the Nexus 5 (16 GB) is 38k without warranty. Still I’d say the Nexus is the better deal. Hard to see how Lenovo plan to gain traction in Pakistan with prices like these.
what is the battery power of Nexus??
Bohat buri tarah se flop ho ga
Comment by Q-Mobile :D
Kiun?
cheap spec & price is too much high, Huawei is the other 1 best solution
Mushkil hai boss, with these phones and prices the target can’t be achieved I guess. Anyway best of luck to Lenovo and Tech Sirat Pvt Ltd.
P.S: Aamir bhai, aap tu professional photographer hogaye :)
Auto mode ka kamal hay ;-)
@ammir7 @zohair chohan, Is there any chance that lenovo might bring motorola to Pakistan?
Give Lenovo a fair chance. At 19,700, they have a very functional KitKat phone (and correct me if I am wrong we only have two KitKat devices officially available in the market: Core 2 from Samsung and Hello 101 from Club).
Moto G is also available in that price range.
Without any warranty!
Galaxy Star 2 Plus, KitKat out of box; priced at Rs. 10,500
not impressive…
they should have done market research more before introducing such prices
It’s good to see more brands opening business in Pakistan.
Lenovo isn’t No.3 in UAE..
they can only gain market share through aggressive marketing and hiring some stupid bollywood celebrities for endorsements.
Considering Huawei still the best
@ammir7 @zohair chohan, Is there any chance that lenovo might bring motorola to Pakistan?
Yes, I think its inevitable, but it may take some couple of years.
In the above article it is written 3% smartphone density.. I believe it is 3% of Samsung lovers only.. the smartphone overall category is expanding Thanks to qmobile for giving awareness (very important factor)… there is Bank Guard whose salary is meagre around 8k now he has a smartphone.. Price are high of Lenova.. they need to curtail to survive… Specs are nothing special..
Dear I want to purchase K-900 metal golden color,
please arrange for me in karachi with reasonable price
Oh Just STFU… This Aint Home Shopping PK
well well well every one calm down a little bit. First of all forget about the price of the product because Lenovo is a Brand of IBM which was an American Company Bought by China later on. But the quality is still of IBM. It is very reliable very solid one and also fast. its battery timing are much much better than all the mobiles in the market in Android category. I must say if any one buy it once it is hard for you to switch to another brand!
100% Agreed with u Awais. Before doing experience of anything we can not give our opinion. .

but as a Tech Sirat customer i strongly recommend that never buy any lenovo or other brand which comes in Tech Sirat warranty. i have worst experience with Tech Sirat. and its not only me many people complaining whenever i visit their Rawalpindi regional office for my phone. Every customer who enters into office will be send back with new story and literally people abusing and fighting in the office. its been more than two month that i have submitted my lenovo k6note for minor battery charging issue. person sitting in the front desk office have list of lies to give next to next dates. and still i am phone less and visiting and calling their office after every two or three days. if any Tech Sirat official have issue with this post talk to me through my email [email protected].
thanks
