Fixed Only: UK, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Malaysia, Spain, Belgium, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Cyprus, South Korea, Taiwan
Fixed + Mobile: USA, China, Canada, Hong Kong
