Zameen.com Concludes Property Expo 2016 In Islamabad

Zameen.com has successfully concluded its flagship real estate event, the two-day Zameen.com Property Expo 2016, in Islamabad on April 9 and 10.

The event saw a massive footfall of 35,000 people over the course of two days and although the city had recently played host to other property events, this expo was by far the federal capital’s largest real estate event of the year in terms of traffic and exhibitors.

On the first day, Senator Chaudhary Tanvir Khan officially opened the event, while the Minister of State for Capital Administration and Development Division Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry served as the co-chief guest. Deputy Mayor of Islamabad Zeeshan Naqvi visited during the second day to take a round of the floor.

The line-up of around 50 exhibitors comprised developers, agents and also established home management businesses. As the weekend drew to a close, plenty of invaluable information had been shared and many deals completed.

“We met more genuine buyers at this event than we usually meet in a whole month. For us, this expo has been a success,” said Muneer Ahmad Bhatti of Shah Estate Corporation, one of the exhibitors.

To showcase the event, Team Zameen pulled off a marketing campaign that included ad campaigns on national television, radio commercials, billboards and streamers across the city.

“We are thrilled to have put on a realty event of this scale in the federal capital,” said Zameen.com CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan. “This incredible turnout has surpassed even our own expectations. At around 6:30pm on the second day, we unfortunately had to turn away a few visitors who were unaccompanied by families because there was simply not enough room left inside the venue to accommodate them.

“As Pakistan’s most trusted and loved property portal, we promise to keep hosting realty events of this calibre in the future,” he added.
