Controversy Surrounding Dual Nationality

A dual nationalist cannot contest for elections, can’t hold a public office, or join the military. This issue has been taken up in the Supreme Court but the laws for dual nationality have never be amended. The 21st amendment, which allows dual nationalists to contest for elections and hold public office was never passed by the assembly.
