We’ve heard many times that ‘safai nisf imaan hai.’ That ‘cleanliness is next to godliness.’
Unfortunately, Pakistan lags behind in this standard as can be seen in the litter all around us.
However, some brands are taking a concrete stand against littering and uncleanliness, combating this menace with a host of initiatives.
One such initiative has been taken by Diamond Supreme Foam, one of the most trusted brand names in comfort around Pakistan. The company has launched the #SupremeCityInitiative, a campaign aimed to clean and beautify various parts of different cities in Pakistan.
Spearheading this campaign to clean up neighborhoods, roads, and our cities as a whole, Diamond has signed up superstar and well-known social-cum-political activist Abrar-ul-Haq to lead the way.
Abrar is one of the many individuals who have taken charge of the #SupremeCityInitiative, galvanizing people from all walks of life to do their bit, even if it is only the tiniest bit, to reclaim their cities from the menace of pollution and littering.
As part of the cleanliness drive, teams of volunteers have contributed in various ways to restore the splendor of their cities. Some of these activities include:
Diamond’s cleanliness campaign is already off to a strong start, after helping renovate and spruce up as many as 9 spots across Karachi, Lahore, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Narowal.

This initiative has the support of Diamond Supreme’s CEO as well, who had this to say about it:
“Wellbeing is all about taking ownership, and it is our prime responsibility to keep our cities clean just like we keep our homes clean. This is a collective initiative where all Pakistanis should join hands with us and contribute in making our cities more beautiful, hygienic and cleaner, to give a better tomorrow to our future generations.”
The journey to make our cities hygienic, cleaner and beautiful is far from finished. The #SupremeCityInitiative needs your help in making the world a better place for you and your children now.
