According to his report, Samsung Galaxy S22’s design is going to be a slight change over the S21. All three phones in the lineup will have 120Hz AMOLED panels, but only the Ultra model will get 2K resolution while the rest will be limited to 1080p. The S22 Ultra will also be the only one with an LTPO panel allowing for variable refresh rates, which improves battery life.

The Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra will have 6.06″, 6.55″, and 6.81″ screens respectively.

The S22 and S22+ will have the same camera setups consisting of a 50MP main lens, a 12MP ultrawide unit, and a 12MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. The S22 Ultra will have a quad-camera setup instead, including a 108MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide lens, a 12MP telephoto camera, and a 12MP periscope unit with 10x zoom.

The S22 and S22+ will get less battery than before (3,800 mAh and 4,000 mAh), but the S22 Ultra will keep the 5,000 mAh power cell. There is no word on fast charging.

Last but not the least, an older report from tipster Tron says that Samsung will stick to the Snapdragon 898 for most of the models due to a lack of yield for the Exynos 2200 SoC.
