The new airfares, effective from Saturday, 4 September, have made the travel between these cities cheaper than buses and train tickets prices.
The airline’s business was severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic, and it had been considering ways for revival. However, experts believe that the revised ticket prices will be vital for the airline’s redemption and will boost business by encouraging domestic travel by air.
The private airline is owned by former Prime Minister, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, and has been functional since 2003. Currently, the airline offers flights to 12 domestic and international destinations, including Manchester.
