One school each in D.I. Khan, Dir, and Lakki Marwat, as well as two schools each in Abbottabad and Haripur, will be managed under the PPP model.

Education Department documents indicate that around 4.7 million children are out of school across the KP province, with approximately Rs. 41,055 spent per student monthly in the region.

The shift to the PPP model aims to improve educational standards and reduce the financial burden.

Education Department officials stated that schools operating under the public-private partnership would receive the best facilities and be governed more effectively.
