Director General of the K-P Food Authority, Wasif Saeed, also addressed the rumors, urging the public to disregard these baseless claims. He emphasized the importance of relying on official information provided by the authorities rather than unverified social media reports.

Saeed reassured citizens that regular inspections of hotels and restaurants are carried out across the province to ensure food safety standards are met. He expressed concern over the actions of individuals spreading such misinformation, which not only causes panic but also damages the trust between consumers and the food industry.

The K-P Food Authority continues to prioritize public health by maintaining strict oversight of food establishments, ensuring quality and safety for all.
