KP Fines Hotels and Restaurants for Not Paying License Fee

Following the directives of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA) Director General Tashfeen Haider, teams from the Tourist Services Wing (TSW) conducted inspections at hotels and restaurants in the provincial capital, imposing fines on several establishments for failing to pay registration and license fees.

The inspection teams, consisting of inspectors and staff members like Shahid Raza, Abbas Bahadur, Mansoor, Majid Hameed, Imran Haider, Abrar Ahmad, Naumanullah, and Farhan Khan, visited various areas in Peshawar, including Hayatabad, Karkhano Market, University Town, Warsak Road, Peshawar Saddar, Pishtakhara Chowk, Charsadda Road, Hayatabad Toll Plaza, Ring Road, GT Road, Zaryab Colony, Dilzak Road, and others.

During the inspections, fines were issued to several hotels and restaurants for non-compliance with registration and licensing requirements, while final notices were served to others, instructing them to meet legal obligations.

Among the establishments that received final notices were Donor House, Khana Khas Restaurant, Khyber Shinwari, Zaiqa, Hujra Restaurant, Musafir Fish, Khyber Afghan Restaurant, Green Palace, Al-Khalid Hotel, Swat Hotel, and others.
