Bahria Town has officially entered the Dubai real estate market with the launch of its new headquarters and the announcement of a major development project in the city.
The company revealed its plans during an event attended by key real estate industry figures. The new development will be located in Dubai South, near Al Maktoum Airport, which is expected to become the largest airport globally.
According to the company, the project will include residential townhouses, luxury apartments, parks, schools, hospitals, and other community facilities.
Shahid Mahmood Qureshi, Head of Global Sales, described the project as a fully integrated community to meet various residential and lifestyle needs.
The launch of Bahria Town Properties’ office in Dubai signals the company’s international expansion. Malik Riaz Hussain, Chairman of Bahria Town, stated that the company aims to contribute to Dubai’s real estate growth.
Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, CEO, emphasized that the company plans to introduce high-end developments in Dubai.
The project in Dubai South, a rapidly growing district, is expected to attract attention as the area develops into a major urban hub. Bahria Town’s expansion into Dubai marks a new chapter for the company in the global real estate market.
