The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s Nusuk platform has introduced two new methods to simplify booking and praying at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif in the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, aiming to enhance the pilgrim experience.
New Booking Options:
- Instant Booking: Allows pilgrims to book multiple visits to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif throughout the year, subject to availability and capacity limits.
- Waitlist: Enables visitors to register and receive notifications when a booking slot becomes available.

The Nusuk app facilitates the issuance of permits for Umrah, prayers, and visits to the Two Holy Mosques, adhering to capacity guidelines. It integrates with the Tawakkalna app for health status verification and streamlines the visa application process for international pilgrims through electronic procedures.
Available on both the App Store and Google Play, Nusuk also provides a convenient platform for booking Umrah packages and visitation programs.
