Saudi Arabia Adds More Features to Nusuk App to Improve Pilgrims’ Experience

The Nusuk app, the official digital companion for pilgrims visiting the Holy Cities, has introduced a range of new services aimed at improving the visitor experience.

The latest updates include features such as:

• Exploration of unique historical sites
• Tasbih (prayer beads) service
• Hisnul Muslim guide for daily supplications
• Haramain Qur’anic recitations
• Awareness cards and interactive maps
• Event and activity calendar
• Comprehensive multilingual digital guide

Additionally, the app provides health information and services, along with a platform for service providers to digitally showcase their offerings to Umrah pilgrims and visitors.

Serving pilgrims from over 100 countries, the Nusuk app operates in 10 languages and offers more than 120 services to streamline the pilgrimage journey. It is also integrated with 25 government entities and 10 business sector organizations, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s commitment to digital transformation in religious tourism.
