Tourists are urged to ensure their vehicles are in good condition, keep fuel tanks full, and carry food supplies. Drivers should use snow chains, drive in lower gears, and park responsibly to avoid traffic disruptions.

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has forecast more snowfall and rain in the next 24 hours, which may impact road conditions. To prevent slippery roads, authorities have begun spreading salt on highways.

The Relief Commissioner has directed the Murree administration to remain on high alert. Thirteen facilitation centers have been set up to assist tourists, and residents are advised to avoid unnecessary travel. In case of emergencies, PDMA’s helpline 1129 is available for assistance.
