NIC Karachi Launches 13th Cohort, Welcomes 40 New Startups

NIC Karachi has announced its 13th Cohort, inducting 40 promising startups from a competitive pool of 618 applicants. The cohort, which includes over 30 percent female-led ventures, spans key industries such as FinTech, Cybersecurity, Industrial Automation, AI, and HealthTech.

During the selection process, 133 startups pitched their ideas to a panel of more than 60 industry experts. After rigorous scrutiny, 40 high-potential startups were chosen to benefit from mentorship, funding opportunities, and industry connections.

NIC Karachi’s Cohort 13 includes startups tackling Pakistan’s most pressing challenges with technology-driven solutions. Among them are Sparktrum (AI & Big Data), Block Guard (Cybersecurity), Asaanghar (FinTech), and Electric Ark (Cleantech). Other sectors represented include TravelTech, SaaS, EdTech, and E-Commerce.
