According to Saudi state media, the guide is accessible in various formats—including PDF downloads and audio versions—through the ministry’s official website.
The multilingual guide is designed to provide essential information in languages such as Urdu, English, Arabic, Turkish, French, Persian, Uzbek, and Indonesian, making it easier for pilgrims to navigate the religious journey.
The guide covers a range of key topics, including:
Cybersecurity tips to protect personal data and ensure safe internet use
Legal and administrative guidance to clarify rules, procedures, and regulations
Financial advice, including information on banking and money transactions
Health recommendations to help pilgrims stay safe and well throughout their journey
It also includes detailed guidance on the rituals of Hajj and Umrah, such as:
Ihram (state of consecration)
Arafat
Muzdalifah
Ramy al-Jamarat (stoning of the devil)
Additionally, the guide provides insights into significant religious sites in Makkah, Madinah, and other locations that pilgrims may wish to visit.

As preparations for Hajj 2025 continue, the ministry is working to ensure that pilgrims receive all necessary services to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind.
To further aid pilgrims, the ministry has also introduced a dedicated helpline:
1966 – General guidance for Hajj pilgrims
977 – Available 24/7 for health and emergency assistance
These efforts reflect the Saudi government’s commitment to improving the Hajj and Umrah experience through digital innovation and responsive services.
