Textile company Feroze1888 Mills Limited (PSX: FML) has decided to open a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai, UAE, the company informed the main bourse on Thursday.
“The Board of Directors of Feroze1888 Mills Limited has, subject to applicable legal and regulatory approvals, approved the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai, UAE,” the company said in the stock filing.
The Company is principally engaged in the production and export of towels.
