PAF Pilot Files Harassment FIR Against Woman

A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) pilot stationed at M.M. Alam Airbase in Mianwali has complained to Mianwali Saddar Police, accusing a woman of blackmail after he declined her marriage proposal.

According to a report by Dawn, the case — registered as FIR No. 232/25 — names the woman, identified as “A,” a resident of Chah Hameedwala, Gadayi Shumali, Tehsil Dera Ghazi Khan. The FIR invokes sections 419, 420, 500, 506, and 211 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC), along with Section 25-D of the Telegraph Act 1985.

The pilot stated in his complaint that he first came into contact with the woman on social media, where she introduced herself as “Rafia” from Multan. During their online conversations, she allegedly shared that she was living a troubled life and expressed her desire to marry him.

The complainant further said that she invited him to Multan, where they met on April 24, 2025. It was during this meeting, he claimed, that her real identity was revealed — her name was “A,” and she had been operating a fake social media account.

According to the pilot, her behavior raised suspicions, prompting him to cut off contact. He alleged that after he refused her proposal, she began making repeated phone calls, threatening him with “serious consequences” if he did not agree to marry her.

The pilot further claimed that the woman threatened to falsely implicate him in a fabricated rape case. He also alleged that she was a habitual blackmailer, citing her previous involvement in a 2021 case registered at the Women Police Station in Multan under Section 376, which he described as a false allegation.

The pilot has requested police action against her to prevent further blackmail and harassment.
