The Specialized Healthcare Department has introduced stricter rules for medical professionals seeking leave abroad.
According to the newly issued directive, employees must now submit their applications at least one month in advance for approval. A formal circular has been dispatched to all Vice Chancellors, Principals, and Medical Superintendents, instructing them to ensure compliance.
The notification makes it clear that only applications filed a month prior will be considered for sanctioning leave outside the country.
