PSEB Seeks IT Industry Proposals for Federal Budget 2026–27

The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) has invited proposals from the country’s IT and IT-enabled services (ITeS) industry for the Federal Budget 2026–27.

PSEB called on companies and industry bodies to share actionable recommendations that can help shape government policy for the technology sector.

PSEB said that input from the industry is essential for preparing a budget that supports digital growth, improves the ease of doing business, and boosts IT and ITeS exports.

The board added that collaborative planning is key to addressing long-standing challenges faced by tech firms and ensuring that fiscal measures contribute meaningfully to Pakistan’s digital transformation.

Companies, associations, and other stakeholders have been asked to submit practical proposals that can be implemented nationwide and help design incentives encouraging investment, innovation, and expansion in the technology ecosystem.

PSEB has set 16 December 2025 as the deadline for all submissions and urged stakeholders to participate fully so that the sector’s priorities are effectively represented in the upcoming federal budget.
