Pakistani stuntman Sultan Muhammad Golden set a new world record during a stunt show in Quetta, Balochistan, on Saturday.
Golden completed a one-mile drive in reverse in just 57 seconds, breaking the previous record set in 2022 by an American stuntman, who had covered the distance in one minute and 15 seconds.
Organizers confirmed that the timing marked the fastest ever recorded for a long-distance reverse drive.
The stunt drew loud applause from spectators. Officials described the performance as technically demanding, requiring exceptional control, focus, and precision.
Speaking after the show, Sultan Golden credited his achievement to consistent practice and hard work. He said his ultimate goal is to represent Pakistan on the global stage.
