Honor’s Gaming Series launch Date Confirmed and Specs Leaked

Honor has confirmed key specifications for its upcoming Win series smartphones ahead of their official launch later this month. The Honor Win and Honor Win RT are set to be unveiled on December 26, with both official teasers and new leaks shedding light on their hardware.

Honor Win Series Launch

Honor revealed the designs of the Win and Win RT earlier this week and has now confirmed several core specifications for the Honor Win. Additional details for both devices have also surfaced through a post by Chinese leaker Digital Chat Station on Weibo.

Honor Win: Confirmed and Leaked Specifications

Honor has confirmed that the Honor Win will feature a display with a 1272 × 2800 resolution. The phone will come equipped with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a large 10,000mAh battery.

According to the leak, the Honor Win will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Charging capabilities are said to include 100W wired charging and 80W wireless charging.

Honor Win RT: Key Differences

The Honor Win RT is expected to use a slightly different hardware configuration. It will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor rather than the Gen 5 variant. Like the Honor Win, it will include a 10,000mAh battery and support 100W wired charging.

However, the Win RT is said to lack wireless charging, marking one of the main differences between the two models.

More Details Expected at Launch

Honor has not yet shared full specifications for either device. Additional information, including display size, camera hardware, and pricing, is expected to be announced at the official unveiling on December 26.
