Dubai Police have fined a driver Dh10,000 and impounded his vehicle after a video showing him performing dangerous stunts on a public road went viral on social media.
According to Dubai Police, action was taken after the footage circulated online, prompting authorities to identify and apprehend the driver.
Police said the vehicle was creating excessive noise, and the stunts posed a serious risk to public safety, adding that such behavior can be life-threatening.
Dubai Police also warned that sharing controversial or dangerous content on social media may result in legal action.
