JS Global Appoints New Chairman and CEO on 3-Year Term

JS Global (PSX: JSGCL) has announced the appointment of a new chairman and chief executive officer following a board meeting held on January 5, 2026.

According to a formal notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, the board of directors appointed Shahab Anwar Khawaja as Chairman of the Board for a term of three years, effective from December 22, 2025

In the same meeting, the board also approved the appointment of Muhammad Khalil Ullah Usmani as Chief Executive Officer of the company. His tenure will also span three years starting from December 22, 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.

The appointments were made during the board meeting held at the company’s head office in Karachi. The company has requested the stock exchange to inform all Trading Right Entitlement Certificate holders accordingly.

The notification was issued by the company secretary and formally communicated to the exchange in line with listing and disclosure requirements.

The leadership changes mark a new phase for JS Global Capital as it continues its operations in Pakistan’s capital markets under a refreshed governance structure.
