The iQOO 15 Ultra, the upcoming gaming-focused flagship from vivo’s sub-brand, has posted a record-breaking performance score ahead of its official launch.
iQOO Product Director Galant V shared the device’s benchmark results on Weibo, revealing that the iQOO 15 Ultra achieved a total score of 4,518,403 points on AnTuTu.
According to the shared results, the score breaks down into 1,322,001 points for CPU performance, 1,594,848 for GPU, 593,523 for memory, and 1,008,031 for user experience. Of the four categories, the memory score is the only one that does not lead the chart.
The iQOO 15 Ultra is expected to be a more powerful variant of the iQOO 15. The company has previously said the device will feature what it describes as the largest active cooling fan ever used in a smartphone.
The gaming-focused flagship is expected to launch in China in early February. Reports also suggest the device could include a larger battery and support 200W charging, though these details have not been officially confirmed.
iQOO has not yet disclosed full specifications for the iQOO 15 Ultra, nor has it confirmed whether the smartphone will be released outside China.
