The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) has introduced a modern Complaint Management System (CMS) to ensure faster and hassle-free resolution of public complaints.
WASA Managing Director Saleem Ashraf chaired a meeting with officials from engineering and revenue departments to review the system’s features and implementation strategy.
The CMS mobile application allows citizens to register complaints easily, submit feedback, and track progress in real time, improving transparency and service delivery.
Ashraf also announced the installation of a dedicated dashboard at WASA Rawalpindi to monitor complaints live and strengthen accountability.
He directed officials to ensure immediate complaint resolution, warning that negligence would not be tolerated.
Senior officials, including DMD Engineering Sohail Aslam, Director Administration Umer Farooq, Director S&D Saadon Basra, Deputy Director Revenue Akmal Yaseen, Deputy Director Water Supply Hasnain Mubashir, and other officers, attended the meeting.
