According to the advisory, River Kabul at Nowshera is expected to attain a high flood level during the forecast period, while flash flooding is anticipated in its associated tributaries.

The department said nullahs in central and northern Balochistan, including Zhob, Nari, Beji, Shirin, and Bolan rivers and their tributaries, are likely to experience flash flooding. DG Khan Division is also expected to face similar conditions, with hill torrents in Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajanpur districts likely to experience flash flooding.

Flooding is expected in the Kohat Toi, Kurram, and Gomal rivers along with their associated tributaries. Nullahs in Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir are also likely to experience flash flooding during the same period.

The PMD has advised concerned authorities to remain vigilant and take necessary precautionary measures. Residents of low-lying and vulnerable areas, particularly those near streams and nullahs, have been urged to stay alert and avoid unnecessary movement during the forecast period.
