The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has officially opened the online registration portal for the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2026.
The national medical entrance exam is scheduled to take place across the country on August 16, 2026.
Aspiring medical and dental students must complete their online registration by July 8 to avoid late fees. For those who miss the initial deadline, the council has provided a grace period for registration with a late fee until July 13.
PMDC has issued a strict advisory to candidates, urging them to submit their applications within the designated timeframe.
The council also emphasized that students should exclusively rely on the official PMDC website for authentic information and warned against trusting unverified details circulating on social media.
The MDCAT is a mandatory requirement for students seeking admission to public and private sector medical and dental colleges in Pakistan.
Thousands of students across the country are expected to participate in the high-stakes exam this August.
