Man Killed for Rs. 300 in Rawalpindi

A minor financial dispute in Rawalpindi turned tragic after a man allegedly killed his maternal cousin over Rs. 300, according to police.

As per the report, the argument started when the suspect demanded the return of Rs. 300 from his cousin. The situation soon escalated, and the accused allegedly attacked him with a knife.

Police said the suspect fled the scene after the incident. A case was later registered, and the accused, identified as Umair, was arrested during the investigation.

Officials also recovered the alleged murder weapon from the arrested suspect. Further legal proceedings are now underway.
