The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has initiated the public consultation process for the revised and extended layout plan of the New Islamabad Enclave housing project in Zone-5, directing the developer to invite objections and claims before the plan is considered for approval.
According to an official communication issued by the Directorate of Housing Societies, the authority is examining an application submitted by M/s Earth Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. for the revised layout plan covering 999.06 kanals of land located in Mouza Mughal, including Patti Chak Thub and Patti Mughal Khas.
As part of the approval process, the CDA has instructed the developer to publish a public notice in one English and one Urdu national newspaper in accordance with S.R.O. 886(I)/2023 dated July 7, 2023. The notice must include the relevant Khasra numbers and a certified Aks-Shajra.
The authority said the public notice is intended to invite objections, claims, or representations related to the land owned or possessed by the developer before any decision is taken on the revised and extended layout plan.
The CDA has also provided the prescribed format for the notice, which the developer must publish to complete the next stage of the approval process.
