PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industry (PAEI) is hosting the 2nd International Property Expo and Convention in Peshawar from February 17th to 19th at Marbella Cave Marquee.
According to the details, the event is supported by AH Group of Companies and sponsored by Square Nine International, and over 40 leading builders and developers from Pakistan will present their housing and commercial projects to both the public and foreign investors.
Furthermore, a conference focusing on investment opportunities, in this regard, will also take place on February 16th at the Serena Hotel in Peshawar, with participation from Commerce Minister Adnan Jalil, vice chairman of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment, prominent business leaders, and representatives from various chambers of commerce.
The chairman of PAEI, Khurshid Barlas stated that the property expo would give a strong boost to the housing and real estate sector in both Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the country as a whole.
Additionally, over 30 small-scale industries are connected to the housing sector, which is expected to increase both investment and employment, he added.
Besides, AH Group Chairman Yasir Ali Mehsud encouraged overseas Pakistanis to take advantage of the expo and consider joint ventures with builders and developers from Pakistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Moreover, an award ceremony for the expo and convention will also be held on February 23rd at the Serena Hotel in Islamabad, where awards will be given to participants.
