At the open house event held to celebrate the launch of Smart 100, Chaudhary Javed, GM Operations Faisal Town and brother of Chaudhary Majeed, CEO of ZEDEM International & Faisal Town, was the chief guest who inaugurated the event.
He expressed his commitment to improving people’s lifestyles by bringing international-level construction quality and smart featured housing standards to Pakistan.

Constructing homes using smart technologies would not only enhance the peoples comfort but would also encourage the use of roof top solar energy which is much needed in Pakistan due to abundance of sun light in most parts of the country.
