SSH, an international construction consultancy based in Kuwait, has been selected as the lead design consultant for a new residential project in Islamabad featuring twin-tower mixed-use buildings.
This project marks the company’s first signature residential development in Pakistan.
The client for the project is a joint venture between Paragon Developers and the Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi.
Named ‘Aurum One’, the 10,000 square meter towers will be situated near Rawalpindi’s Giga Mall on G.T Road and will include one- to three-bedroom apartments, shops, a gym, and a rooftop pool, with a total built area of approximately 146,000 square meters.
