MULTAN: GFS Builders & Developers recently organized a grand convention for its dealers in Multan, with CEO Irfan Wahid presiding over the event.
During his address, Wahid stated that GFS had been operational in Multan for two months, and progress had been rapid, with the company opening its site to the public within that time frame.
He went on to discuss the company’s commitment to affordable housing for the middle and lower middle classes, stating that while many home projects were developed, GFS was focused on settling societies.
The speakers noted that the company had been involved in the construction business for two decades and had already completed several projects, with many more currently in progress.
Wahid also shared that the possession of 2, 4, and 8 marla plots would be available at commercial sites in the next two months.
This marks the first time in Multan’s history that plot possession can be obtained by paying only 30 to 40 percent of the total amount, he added.
Furthermore, the CEO reaffirmed that GFS Builders & Developers encourages the people of Multan to contact them for information about their projects, emphasizing that the company is dedicated to providing top-quality facilities and luxuries for comfortable living.
He also stated that the GFS message to the masses revealed that big brands in the field of education and health were with them.
