DHA Multan Extends Surcharge Incentive Scheme Deadline for All Categories of Plots and Villas

MULTAN: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has recently announced an extension of the surcharge incentive scheme for all categories of plots and villas.

The deadline for availing of the surcharge waiver scheme has been extended, allowing members to pay all installments due until April 30, 2023.

However, failure to make payments by the deadline may result in the cancellation of the plot and location ballot result.

The DHA Multan has also offered a refund scheme for defaulting members who were paying or had paid the land cost but are unable to continue making payments for installments.

Members can apply for cancellation and receive a refund for the amount paid, with the administration refunding the deposited amount after deducting the membership fee and 10% of the remaining amount.

In addition to this, the DHA Multan has also announced a special scheme for members and their blood relations.

Under this scheme, if an allocation is requested for cancellation, members and their blood relations (including parents, spouses, and children) can have their paid amounts adjusted from one allotment to another without any deduction.

The extension of the surcharge incentive scheme is expected to provide relief to members who were unable to pay their installments on time, allowing them to benefit from the waiver and avoid cancellation of the ballot result.

The refund scheme is also expected to provide financial flexibility to members who are struggling to make payments, while the special scheme for blood relations aims to provide a hassle-free adjustment process.
