Marble Arch Enclave is a housing project located on Jatal Girja Road near Thallian and is positioned at a 12 minutes’ drive from Thalian Interchange, 19 minutes’ drive from Islamabad International Airport, and 28 minutes’ drive from Srinagar Highway.

Though it has an access through M2-Motorway and it would be a feature but it is far away from the center of twin cities as it will be approx. a 40 minutes’ drive from Zero Point Islamabad, 32 minutes’ drive from Tarnol, and a 40 minutes’ drive from Saddar Rawalpindi. Hence, commute to center of Islamabad and to some areas of Rawalpindi will not be feasible for daily commuters.

The Project is approved by Rawalpindi Development Authority and final NOC was issued for over 1278.5Kanals. According to the developers, the development is soon to be started.
