NAB Discovers Property Worth Billions in M9 Motorway Scandal

HYDERABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has made a significant breakthrough in the M9 Motorway corruption scandal by uncovering massive amounts of property purchased with embezzled money.

According to sources, the main accused, Ashiq Kalery, was found to have bought properties worth billions of rupees using funds obtained illegally from the scandal.

NAB discovered that Kalery had built four properties in the name of his wife and daughter-in-law in Karachi, Jamshoro, Bahawalnagar, and Hyderabad, including residential plots, bungalows, and agricultural land.

In addition, NAB found that Kalery possessed three expensive vehicles.

Furthermore, NAB has frozen Kalery and his family’s assets and sought objections from citizens regarding the freezing of these assets.
