QUETTA: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has announced an extended payment plan for the 4-marla Early Bird Commercial-2023 plots, hailed as good news by potential buyers.
The official Facebook handle of DHA Quetta shared the payment plan on April 17, 2023, giving customers an extra quarter to pay off the remaining amount of the plot.
According to the new payment plan, the duration has been increased from 2 quarters to 3 quarters.
This means that after the down payment has been cleared, the remaining amount will have to be paid in installments spread over 3 quarters.
This update brings the payable installment down to PKR 4,740,000 from the previous PKR 7,110,000.
This new payment plan is expected to attract more buyers toward the Early Bird Commercial-2023 plots, especially those who could not make the complete payment in two quarters.
The extended payment plan provides more flexibility and ease for potential buyers, making investing in the property easier.
