QUETTA: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has announced an extension of the submission deadline for the Expression of Interest (EOI) for constructing 8-marla Villas using the ‘Payment Schedule Sale Model.’
The announcement on the authority’s official Facebook page on April 26 stated that the deadline had been moved to May 10, 2023, in response to public demand.
It is important to note that the Interested firms must submit their EOI to the Director of Town Planning & Building Control of DHA Quetta, along with the company profile, financial statements of the last five years, past project experiences, and current ongoing projects.
The post also mentioned that DHA Quetta holds the right to accept or reject any or all applications based on policy.
Additionally, DHA Quetta had extended the down payment deadline for its Early Bird Commercial-2023 project.
