LAHORE: In a move to enhance citizen convenience and efficiency, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided to extend the working hours of its one-window cell.
The cell, which offers 50 plus services under one roof, will now operate in two shifts from 9 am to 9 pm on all working days.
During the first shift, officers and employees will be available to assist citizens from 9 am to 3 pm.

The second shift will begin at 3 pm, ensuring the one window cell remains operational for a continuous 12 hours until 9 pm.
According to the officials, this would allow citizens a greater flexibility in accessing services and conducting their affairs with the authority.
