Officials in the community claim that New Metro City specified a 30% new quota in A Block in exchange for receiving the NOC (No Objection Certificate) and LOP (Preliminary Planning Permission) from the Rawalpindi Development Authority.
The remaining members will benefit from using this quota. On September 30, there will be a special balloting for New Metro City.
To be included in the upcoming balloting, members are advised to submit any outstanding paperwork by September 29, 2022.
The following plot sizes will be balloted in this upcoming event:
- 5 Marla
- 7 Marla
- 8 Marla
- 10 Marla
- 14 Marla
- 1 Kanal
According to society officials, B Block will be introduced soon, and voting will take place in 8 to 9 months.
Members should be aware that this is their last chance to get a plot in New Metro City’s A Block. Therefore, they should immediately close their files in order to be considered for this special balloting.
Additionally, B Block will provide accommodations for people whose plots have not yet been approved for balloting in this event.
