BGC-IGC Consortium, the group behind Blue World City Islamabad, has now launched its Lahore project called Blue Town.
With smart city features, Blue Town Lahore will be the first tourist city in Lahore, according to the Group. The management claims that the project would be one of its kind offering world-class amenities and features, as is claimed for Blue World City.

This new project, the Group says, will also offer the same monuments along with the latest technology that enables the residents to stay connected to all the smart home management and smart security features redefining the community living experience.
The project offers residential plots of 3, 5, 8, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal, and commercial plots of 3, 5, and 8 Marla.
It’s pertinent to note that the advertisement of Blue Town claims that it has acquired NOC from the Lahore Development Authority (LDA).
This may be surprising for many because the NOC status of the Group’s master project, i.e. Blue World City, is still doubtful.
