B-17 Multi Gardens is a newly developing housing project in zone II, Islamabad which is located on the main Grand Trunk road from one side and on M-1 Peshawar Motorway from the other side. Multi Gardens B-17 project was officially launched in 2004 but the society goes way back to the launch of its first housing society in E-11/1 in 1989. B-17 Multi Gardens is being developed by the Multi-Professional Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS).

The Project Multi Gardens B-17 has Gate A and B situated on the main GT road from where the society is accessed easily. Moreover, the Federal Works organization has approved its interchange from the M-1 Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway which is connected to the G block of the Multi Gardens.

Furthermore, an expressway is also under consideration which will connect the venture to F-10 Islamabad. This signal free 9 KM route will be the fastest linkage from society to Islamabad.

Multi Gardens B-17, Islamabad has been approved by Capital Development Authority with NOC for an area of 7673 Kanal on 30th September 2018. It also has a NOC by the Federal Directorate of Education for the construction of schools in the society.
