Faisal Town Phase II has finally received the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
The NOC has been issued for 7,300 Kanal of land with letter no RDA/MP&TE/F-PHS-TAX-19/960/2022.
The management of Faisal Town has congratulated the members and individuals who have invested in this project.
According to the society, the paperwork and all the requirements were fulfilled by the society and the documents were already submitted to the RDA against which the approving authority issued the NOC.
It’s important to note, however, that the RDA site is still showing the Faisal Town Phase 2 status as “illegal”.
The owner of Faisal Town Chaudhary Abdul Majeed has claimed that this project would be one of its kind and provide an exceptional living experience along with 5-star amenities.
He also said that this project was offering affordable plots targeting the middle class.
