Nova City has extended the last date of submission of dues to October 16.
Nova City has advised all members to clear their dues by the 16th of October to participate in the first balloting and get the plot number.
Members who fail to regularize their dues by October 16 will have their files suspended and restoration charges of 20,000 per marla will also be applicable.
The notification was shared on the Nova City official Facebook Page.
Earlier, the last date to clear all the dues was the 10th of October.
According to the details, the balloting of plots will take place in November.
Nova City Islamabad also shared that the balloting of the 4 & 8 Marla Commercial plots in General Block will be held on 15 December 2022.
Currently, Nova City is planned over an area of 10,000 Kanal and is offering a number of amenities that include:

- Tennis and football ground
- Family Park,
- Nova Jamia Masjid
