ISLAMABAD: Chief Commissioner Islamabad and Chairman CDA, Captain (R) Muhammad Usman, has successfully engaged the citizens through Twitter to resolve their issues related to ongoing development projects.
According to the Chairman’s Twitter handle, concerns raised by the citizens are being addressed as tasks are assigned to his subordinates.
Captain (R) Muhammad Usman has shared the updates on the development projects and meetings that have been held in different regards.
In addition to this, he also shares information on his Twitter handle when a project is launched or completed.
Moreover, Chairman has asked the citizens to file complaints, suggestions, or feedback using social media so the authorities could take the steps that are in the best interest of the capital.
Earlier, the Federal Government assigned four new members to his team upon his request.
Among his achievements, he has also been successful in preserving the historical site in the area of Sara e Kharbooza.
