RAWALPINDI: Additional District and Session Judge, Khursheed Alam Bhatti, has suspended the vacation process of the Lal Haveli till further orders.
According to the details, Sheikh Rashid and his brother were ordered to vacate the Lal Haveli within 7 days and the notice was challenged by the Sheikh brothers.
The court called the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) to bring the complete record.
The court has instructed the authority not to take any actions against Laal Haveli and wait for further court orders.
He added that they had not received any notice from the authorities and that the ruling party was employing deceptive tactics ahead of the much-awaited PTI long march.
