RAWALPINDI: Blue World City has announced the first-ever balloting of plots in the Sports Valley and Waterfront blocks.
Earlier, the date announced for the balloting of plots was 30th November which was postponed due to unknown reasons. The new date for the balloting is announced to be 15th December (Thursday).
The society has shared that individuals who have cleared 50% of the total amount are eligible to be part of the first-ever ballot.
The Waterfront Block offers 6 marla, 8 marla, and 12 marla plots, whereas the Sports Valley Block offers 5 marla, 8 marla, 12 marla, and 1 kanal plots.
It is important to note that the society has not yet received a No Objection Certificate (NOC) by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), however, an initial NOC was issued when the project was launched.
