LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has instructed the LDA City file holders to pay their outstanding dues to avoid cancellation of ownership.
The Authority notified the investors to clear their dues and a 17.5% annual late payment penalty.
The notification also mentioned that in case of non-compliance, the ownership would be canceled.
Additionally, the following instructions were also given in the notification:
- The challan form can be downloaded from the LDA official website
- Payment can be made in favor of LDA through online transactions or through banks
- Customers can get in touch with the LDA directorate by visiting their office or through WhatsApp in case of mistakes in the challan form
- LDA reserves the right to cancel the ownership if dues are not clear
