ISLAMABAD: The three-day 2nd Pakistan International Property Exhibition and Convention at the Pakistan-China Friendship Centre ended on a good note on Sunday.
As per the details, real estate builders and developers from around the country and overseas displayed their products and services at the event, which was organized by the Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industry in collaboration with the Jang Media Group.
The developers emphasized their current and upcoming initiatives and provided the visitors with packages to fit their demands and budgets.
Furthermore, the event, which appealed to the real estate and construction industries as well as investors, was a big success, according to the organizers.
They stated that other cities would host the expo as the event met its goals by bringing buyers and sellers of real estate together and advancing the cause of real estate development and investment in the nation.
According to Fahad Barlas, a record number of people attended the event, and the vendors reported successful sales.
He stated that people from Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and portions of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa attended the exhibition in big numbers to scout out prospects for purchasing houses and making real estate investments.
Additionally, the vendors said that the feedback on their initiatives from customers was overwhelmingly positive.
They also praised the occasion, noting that it brought a wealth of information on the real estate and construction industries, particularly about investment choices, under one roof.
Besides, the visitors, who were primarily families, claimed that they spoke to vendors about real estate investment, development, and construction and received really helpful advice.
